• Introduced by Rep. Roger Goodman, (D-Kirkland) (D) on January 27, 2009, directs the sentencing guidelines commission and the courts, to examine options for community custody and to develop a plan for an evidence-based system of community custody for adult felons that will include the consistent use of evidence-based risk and needs assessment tools, programs, supervision, and monitoring of program integrity.
