• Introduced by Rep. Al O'Brien, (D-Mountlake Terrace) (D) on January 23, 2009, modifies the reporting requirement for small domestic wineries to provide that such reports, including tax returns may not be required more frequently than once a year. ( See also Companion SB 5483).
