• Introduced by Rep. Troy Kelley, (D-Tacoma) (D) on January 21, 2009, to increase the penalty of a person convicted of assault of a law enforcement officer. A person who is found guilty of assaulting a enforcement officer shall receive an additional twelve months at sentencing. See also SB 5413.
