• Introduced by Rep. Sherry Appleton, (D-Poulsbo) (D) on January 21, 2009, clarifies and amends certain definitions in the transaction between lender and borrower of small loans. Makes adjustments in the procuring of a license to sell small loans. Repeals eight different parts of RCW 31.45 regarding interest, fees, endorsement, disclosure, military borrowers, licensee duties, payment plans, among others.
