• Introduced by Rep. Sherry Appleton, (D-Poulsbo) (D) on January 21, 2009, if a finding of unprofessional conduct of a health professional is reversed or found to be untrue, the disciplining authority will issue a dismissal of the charges and penalties and a public exoneration of the license. Within five business days the authority will issue a new license to the holder.
