• Introduced by Rep. Joel Kretz, (R-Wauconda) (R) on January 16, 2009, to clarify the use of state owned lands that are managed by the department of fish and wildlife. This bill clarifies that written permission is required to used protected lands and restricted areas. (See also Companion SB 5781).
