• Introduced by Rep. Sherry Appleton (D) on January 16, 2009, removes the consideration of certain mitigating factors, such as the age of the offender, from process of mandatory registration of sex and kidnapping offenders. Also removes these considerations from the appeals process. (See also Companion SB 5326).
