• Introduced by Rep. Bill Hinkle, (R-Cle Elum) (R) on January 15, 2009, to change the offering date for nonsubsidized health care coverage from January 1, 2009 to January 1, 2010. This act also makes modifications and clarifies that the nonsubsidized program is exempt from RCW 48 except in relation to terms of payment and solicitation, among other things.
