• Introduced by Rep. Christine Rolfes, (D-Bainbridge Island) (D) on January 12, 2009, requires the department of ecology to forward a copy of a decision concerning an application for an aquatic plant and algae management general permit to each person who submitted a written request for the decision at the same time it notifies the applicant and post notices on its internet web site.
