You should change the old car parts and if your car is old enough then instead of discarding it as junk just give it to car donation.

I am really hopeful that the technological improvements will have an effect on that and will make our lives easier. The last decade was the best decade for cars but there's still room for improvements.
3) Re: 2008 Senate Bill 6900 (Establishing vehicle engine displacement and emissions fees) by addamss on April 4, 2012 I just think our officials should review their vehicle research a little closer and find out which category of vehicles cause the most carbon pollution and then come up with a gradient that should cover all types of vehicles. Some measurement devices would also do the trick. I drive a truck occasionally, I only drive it when I need to carry heavier stuff and I don't think it's fair to pay that much for simply owning the thing. So many people are in the same situation here. I guess my truck won't see the airtex fuel pumps for a good while from now on...
