• Introduced by Rep. Timm Ormsby, (D-Spokane) on January 30, 2008, to create the affordable housing account. This act also allows for loans by the Community Economic Revitalization Board to be made to support affordable housing infrastructure. This includes, among other things, loans for the purchase of land, repair or reconstruction of infrastructure, and construction of streets, bridges, and sewer facilities.
