Must be to much caffeine in Olympia. Home grown wine has long been the beverage of choice in this State. How many coffee beans are grown in Washington? Show some class, make wine the State Beverage.

3) Does it matter [by Anonymous Citizen on February 12, 2008]
Coffee stands are dotted all throught the state. Not just large companies. Does it matter how many coffee beans are grown here? Probably none are, but besides that, many other states have designated beverages that contribute to the economy and represent them well. Who would think of wine first when talking about washington? Exactly, maybe California but not here.
