1) tax bill mailouts [by Anonymous on March 3, 2008] Gather all the tax bills for each owner and put (one or more) into private envelopes so mail persons don't quit and become real estate appraisers.
Or join mailings with other notices such as gas bill, save postage and paper. If the homeowner pays by automatic withdrawal, authorize a non profit to help with postage and include something.
