  • Introduced by Rep. Tom Campbell, (R-Roy) on January 16, 2008, to establish rules and guidelines for identification of instruments that are prohibit from use in the process of treatment or diagnosis. This act applies to category of instruments for health professions of dentistry, surgery, chiropractics, and others.

      • Substitute offered in the House on January 31, 2008, to authorize the adoption of rules to identify those instruments or procedures that are prohibited for use by a podiatric physician or surgeon, chiropractor, dentist, naturopath, osteopathic physician or surgeon, osteopathic physician's assistant, physician or surgeon, physician's assistant, physical therapist, or nurse practitioner. The substitute passed in the House by voice vote on January 31, 2008.
