  • Introduced by Sen. Jim Honeyford, (R-Sunnyside) on January 23, 2007, to modify existing law to require a horseless carriage plate for trailers more than thirty years old. The bill also states that a horseless carriage plate shall be issued for any trailer more than thirty years old, if the trailer, at the time it was manufactured, was designed to be pulled by a vehicle eligible to receive a horseless carriage plate under existing laws.
