Introduced by Sen. Tim Sheldon, (D-Potlatch) (D) on January 22, 2007, to require veterinary technicians to obtain a state license. The bill defines the criteria from which a veterinary technician would be eligible to receive a license. The bill also adds one member to the State Veterinary Board. The new member must be a licensed veterinary technician. See companion HB 1331.
