  • Introduced by Rep. Dan Roach, (R-Bonney Lake) on February 15, 2007, to limit property taxes by reducing the state levy, limiting property tax increases to 1% by reenacting the provisions of I-747, and allowing valuation increases to be spread over time. The bill would also require the Department of Revenue to issue a $400 refund to each property owner who paid property taxes on a principal residence in 2006.
