• Introduced by Rep. Dan Newhouse, (R-Sunnyside) (R) on February 15, 2007, to eliminate tax, interest, and penalty provisions for land valued under the Open Space Program. The Open Space Program compensates certain forest landowners for habitat in unconfined avulsing channel migration zones.
