• Introduced by Rep. Dennis Flannigan, (D-Tacoma) on February 5, 2007, to require public colleges to maintain and implement a commute trip reduction program. The program must be for both employees and students of the college. The bill allocates $35,000 to each of the state’s public colleges to implement the act.
