2007 House Bill 1316: Authorizing police officers to impound vehicles operated by drivers without specially endorsed licenses.
  1. Introduced by Rep. Zack Hudgins, (D-Tukwila) (D) on January 17, 2007, to add to the criteria that allows police to impound a vehicle. The bill would allow a police officer to impound a vehicle that is driven by a person who does not have a properly endorsed license. See companion SB 5134.
