  • Introduced by Rep. Sherry Appleton, (D-Poulsbo) on January 10, 2007, to exempt certain students of military families from the Washington State requirement of earning a certificate of academic achievement to graduate high school. The student must transfer to a Washington high school after the 9th grade as a result of their parent’s or guardian’s military duty assignment.
