• Introduced by Sen. Tim Sheldon, (D-Potlatch) (D) on January 11, 2006, to allow a daily charge of not more than $20 per person, per day, for access to a publicly owned off-road vehicle park or facility for the purposes of off-road vehicle use. This will not be considered a “fee” for the purposes of liability.
