2001 Senate Bill 5443

To extend from August 1 to September 16 the required renewal dates for salmon net commercial fishing licenses. The bill also reduces, from $380 to $100, the license fee for commercial salmon fishermen 75 years of age or older, who have fished with a resident commercial salmon fishery license for at least 30 years. The $100 annual surcharge for Regional Fisheries Enhancement Group salmon recovery programs is not waived for these individuals.   Official Text and Analysis.
