• Introduced by Rep. Christopher Hurst, (D-Enumclaw) (D) on January 16, 2008, to require airlines to disclose their participation in secondary market accounts. This act would require notification on websites or other materials related to frequent flier programs. The bill also provides monetary penalties against airlines for discontinuation of programs.
