• Introduced by Rep. Jim Moeller, (D-Vancouver) (D) on January 1, 2007, to require building trade contractors to wear and visibly display his or her license or certificate while working. The display must also include photo identification. Exceptions are made for situations when the display of the license creates an unsafe working environment.
